1. Membership Terms

Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of approval. Renewal must be done before or after expiry. Membership benefits are non-transferable. Maximum 5 family members can be added per guardian membership.

2. Donation Policy

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable once approved. Donation receipts will be generated only after admin verification of payment. Receipts can be downloaded from the website using registered mobile and DOB.

3. Hospital Network

Discount rates are decided by individual partner hospitals. The organization acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee specific treatments. Hospital list may change based on partnerships.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through designated UPI, QR Code, or Bank Account. Payment verification is done manually by admin. Only verified payments will be processed.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information. Duplicate registrations are not allowed. The organization reserves the right to reject or revoke membership for misuse or false information.

7. Governing Law
